Privacy policy related to the use of the E-Shop

This document ("Privacy Policy") explains and governs the methods of collection and treatment, by developing countries SERVICE ITALY Srl, a limited liability company incorporated under Italian law with registered office in Italy, P.le Balestrieri 31 / A, 43122 Parma, Italy, capital of € 100,000.00, FISCAL CODE and VAT NUMBER n. 02647480348 (the "Merchant"), of the personal informations you provide through the website (the "Site").

Personal information is defined as those provided by the user at the  time of registration in the appropriate sections of the site "Register", "Buy Online" and "Newsletter" and any further personal information provided by the user.

User’s personal information  are collected and processed by the holder in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 regarding the processing of personal data (the "Privacy Code"). The holder does not collect or uses personal data concerning under aged people. The user  under the age of eighteen cannot register on the site and provide personal data. The owner assumes no responsibility with regard to any personal data supplied by people under the age of eighteen. For the conduct of on-line purchases by people who are under the age of eighteen, please see the document "Terms and Conditions" section "Eligibility to purchase".

User who wants to register and provide personal details, should read carefully this Privacy Policy. It contains  information on the arrangements, the purpose and duration of treatment to which are devoted users’ personal data, data’s nature, the parties to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware and users' rights in relation to access to personal data provided on the Site.

Rules of Treatment


Treatments of personal data are accomplished by using mostly electronic and telematic methods by either the owner or other users, chosen for their reliability and knowledge, whose work is strictly linked to the pursuing of site and its services’ goals. Personal data will be communicated to third parties only with the consent of the person concerned,except in cases where the disclosure is required by law or in situations where the law does not require a consent. in those cases, in order  to perform the activities required by the user, communication is needed.

Personal data will not be transferred abroad to countries, other than those belonging to the European Union, which do not provide appropriate levels of protection. If this is necessary in order to provide the requested service though, the transfer of personal data to countries that do not belong to the European Union and which do not ensure an adequate level of protection will be executed only after the conclusion of specific contracts between the Owner and These entities according to law and regulations.


We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are used cd persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of cd session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site. The session cookies used in this site avoid using other techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.



The specific purposes for which the data are processed are summarized, from time to time, in the informative ex art. 13, Privacy Code, which is presented to the user when he/she releases personal information.

Generally speaking, the data are processed for the provision of the following services and may be available by accessing the site:

Registration to the website, in order to use its services, including the purchase of products;

Adherence to specific services and more, such as newsletters and other similar information on the activities of the holder;

Managing user's requirements, both technical and commercial, and requests for information in a broad sense;

Contact with the representatives of the services of the holder [e.g. Press Office, Business Development, Web Marketing, Purchasing, customer service];

In addition, if the user is interested, the data may be used for:

1. direct marketing initiatives (sending promotional material, bonuses, promotions, communications, events and contests to prize), also via communications sent by e-mail, mms or phone sma;

2. conduct market surveys and analysis of purchase and consumption habits (creating customer profiles) in order, inter alia, to better accommodate user's tastes.


Optional or compulsory provision of data 

The provision of personal data by the user is optional. To visit the site, the user is not required to provide personal data. However, failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to access some of the services required, such as, the purchase of  products.

Subjects and categories of subjects to whom data may be communicated

Your personal data may be communicated to the holder of companies which are part of the same group, to external companies which use it for strictly linked activities to the accomplishment of offered services, including, without limitation, people responsible for costumers’ files management, freelancers for administrative and accounting obligations; postal services and third-party companies for market analysis’ purposes. These people will operate as external responsibles of data’s treatments.

Data will also be communicated if communication is due because of legal obligations (e.g. government funding and other bodies).

Treatment time

User data will be kept for no longer than it is necessary in order to ensure the proper provision of services required. However, If conservation for a longer period is needed in compliance with the regulations, including accounting, then it will be kept. At the end of this period, the holder may ask the user to renew the consent to the processing of data or render them anonymously and keep them only for statistical or historical aims.

The user may revoke his consent to the processing of data for the purposes of marketing at any time: in any commercial communication there will be a section that allows the user to easily revoke the consent given beforehand. The transmitted data will be treated for the period of time required by these service providers’ performances.

Rights pursuant to article 7 of D.lgs.N.196 of 2003

Users to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise against the owner of the treatment of the rights under Article 7 of the D.lgs.196/2003. In particular, users will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal details which concern them, to know the origin of the data, their content and the purposes and methods of treatment. Users have also the right to verify the accuracy of data that concern them, request the updating, correction or, if you have interest, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; and to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of their personal data, pertinent for collection purposes, and to the processing of personal data with purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or for information, promotional and commercial communication. You can refuse, now or at any future communication, the use of your data for purposes of direct selling articles of the holder.

Information Update

This Privacy policy may be revised over time to adapt to present changes in the regulations or for  commercial convenience’s reasons. Any substantial change to this guideline will be published. Therefore, the user must periodically monitor the site to inquire about validity or amendment to these terms.

Governing Law

This Privacy statement is governed by Italian law and in particular by the Privacy Code which governs the processing of personal data — even detainees abroad-performed by anyone who is resident or has its seat in Italy. The Privacy Code guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of the interested person, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data.
