1. General Provisions
The products displayed on the E-shop are sold by PVS SERVICES ITALY SRL ("Merchant"), a limited liability company with registered office in Italy, P.le Balestrieri 31 / A, 43122 Parma, capital stock of € 100,000.00 , FISCAL CODE and VAT NUMBER n. 02647480348.
The Merchant reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, the Conditions of Sale, in its sole discretion, applying new conditions of sale from the date of their publication on the E-shop. The terms of sale applicable to any order placed on the E-shop are those in force at the time of the order.

2. Purchase Suitability
Products can be ordered through E-shop only by people who (i) have reached the age of majority (eighteen years), (ii) have the capacity to act, and (iii) living in Italy / in a Member State of the European Union and (iv) are not working in trade, craft or professional business.
Children under eighteen years of age and those deprived of legal capacity to make a contract, can place an order by a parent or tutor acting on their behalf. All orders made in contravention of this provision and all contracts concluded on the basis of such orders will be without any effect.
By placing the order through E-shop, the Customer represents and warrants to be the final consumer, and that will not deliver, distribute or sell the Products for commercial purposes.
3. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
In order to order one or more products, you must register on the E-shop and create your own personal account.
Upon completion of the registration of your account on the E-shop, you can fill in the order form available on-line and send it to the Merchant.
The submission of an order form to the Merchant constitutes an offer to purchase the Products selected. This offer will be treated by the Merchant in accordance with the Conditions of Sale. The Merchant may accept or decline the offer of purchase sent by the customer, according to his own entrepreneurial self-determination and availability of products required (see item 4 below). The purchase contract will be made only upon acceptance of the purchase offer by the Merchant, by sending an order confirmation to the email address notified in the Order Form. By submitting an order form, you declare to be aware that this involves an obligation to pay the price of the selected products, as detailed in Article 5 below, in the case of acceptance of the Order Form by the Merchant and the subsequent conclusion of purchase contract.
4. Availability of the Product
Although the Merchant shall do everything possible to fulfil the product supply selected by you in the Order Form, his commitment is inevitably subject to the availability of the Product.
For these reasons, in exceptional cases it may accidentally happen that the Merchant will not be able to deliver the products required because, for example, there have been on-line multiple orders that led to the depletion of stocks. In such cases, the Merchant will promptly contact you at the email address supplied in the Order Form to warn you of the unavailability of the Products.
If the Products are found not available for the reasons given above or in other cases of unavailability of the Products, except the other user's rights granted by law, the Merchant will immediately notify the customer, who is free to choose any option given by the Merchant, by e-mail suggesting, instead (i) the repayment of the total amount due, representing the price of the Products, the shipping costs, if applicable, and any other additional cost, if already paid; or (ii) the supply of various products of equal or greater value, subject to payment, in the latter case, of the difference; or (iii) where it is possible a restocking of the Products, an extension of the delivery date, specifying the new delivery's term of the Products.
5. Prices, Taxes, Shipping Costs
All prices shown on the pages relating to the Products E-shop are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes. Shipping costs are entirely carriage paid (paid by the Merchant) in case the delivery address is within the territory of the Italian State. For details on shipping costs related to deliveries to be made in the territory of the Member States of the European Union, please see "Shipping Products", article 1. The total amount to be paid by the customer, including the price of the chosen product/s, taxes and possibly shipping costs ("Total Amount"), will be notified before the order formalization through submission of the Order Form.
The Merchant reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of the Products, provided that the amount charged will be shown on the E-shop at the time of the customer's order. In the event of changes in the VAT rate, applicable in the period between the date of making the order and the date on which the Merchant will be ready to the product's shipment, the Merchant will contact you to obtain a further confirmation of the order. If the Merchant fails to obtain your instructions, he will cancel the order and inform you of the cancellation.
6. Payment Terms

Please note that the customer's choice regarding the method of payment may result in an extension of time of the Products' delivery that will take place after the payment's refinement. Payment by credit card Visa MasterCard will be concluded, through a safe connection, in the web pages of Banca Sella and PayPal, entities that manage online payments to the Merchant.
For each sale, the Merchant will issue a special fiscal document, headed to the person who made the order, which will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer on the Order Form. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided to the Merchant for fiscal1 purposes.
7. Mode and Delivery Times
The Merchant will ship the products requested entrusting them to carriers that offer efficiency and quality of service. Once delivered the Products to the carrier, the Merchant will send you an e-mail, confirming the shipment, to the email address notified in the Order Form. In any case, the transport document is the proof of delivery to the carrier.
Products will be shipped to the address notified in the Order Form. If the customer wants to change the delivery's place after the delivery of the Products to the carrier has took place, there may be additional costs that will be borne by the customer.
For information on delivery times, please see "Shipping Products", Article 2. The Merchant will make every reasonable effort to provide the Customer the Products required in the shortest time possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days from the date of conclusion of the contract to purchase the Products (the "Date of Termination of Contract" ). However, the timing of supply may depend on external factors, not regarding the will of the Merchant. Each delivery's term indicated by the latter to the customer and no more than thirty (30) days from the date of conclusion of the Contract must, therefore, be regarded as merely indicative and not mandatory.
If the delay exceeds the thirty (30) days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, the Customer may request the Merchant to make the delivery within an additional period designated by him and appropriate to the circumstances. If the additional period is not enough for the Products to be delivered, the Customer may withdraw from the contract by writing his will, considering the provisions laid down in article 8.
The Merchant warrants that all shipped orders are always covered by insurance against the risks of transport, loss and breakage of the Products in accordance with the conditions of carriage of carriers. However, the customer is in charge to verify that the products are delivered in perfect conditions. If the Customer, at the time of delivery, finds errors regarding the products' shipping or if the package received is visibly damaged, the Customer must set out those circumstances to the carrier, at the time of delivery, with the words "control reserve", specifying as precisely as possible the findings. Within the next 24 hours, the customer shall notify the incident to the Merchant by e-mail at the address email@example.com or calling the telephone number 800-693077. If the customer receives their order but does not clarify obvious abnormalities, the Merchant shall not be held liable for any damage resulting in the transport of the products.
8. Transport's Conditions, Return and Right of Withdrawal, Product's Delivery
The product will be delivered to the address given by the customer. From the confirmation date of the order, the delivery will be fulfilled approximately within seven working days (Standard Shipping). Anyway, PVS SERVICES ITALIA S.R.L. will not be responsible in case of delays. In Italy, for orders greater than 99,00€, the standard shipping is free. Otherwise it costs 6,00€.
If the products are not immediately available, the delivery will be fulfilled within fifteen working days.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal within fourteen working days from the product's delivery.
The intact products with: the original packaging, the original label (if it is an article of clothing or a pair of sneakers) and the original receipt, must be sent to:

The return's shipping is always paid by the customer and under his responsibility.
PVS SERVICES ITALIA S.R.L. , after having received the product and verified its entirety, refunds the product's price to the customer within fourteen days from the return.
All communications to the Customer regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, including the communication of the confirmation of the delivery's withdrawal exercised, will be made by the Merchant by e-mail to the email address provided by the Customer on the Order Form or, if different, to the email address specified by the customer in the notice of withdrawal. Further variations of the address not mentioned to the Merchant will not be opposable to this.
Considering the Right of Withdrawal (point 3), the customer can also request the product's refund within fifteen days from the delivery. The product, which needs to be refund, must be intact and have the original packaging. The refund's request must be sent with the product and in attachment to the fiscal purchase's document (receipt and/or invoice). The client will be refunded with the cost of the product.
The product's purchase undergoes the rules contained in the Legislative Decree n September 6, 2005. 206 (Consumer Code) regarding ware's warranties and consumer good's sale. The warranty regards only the product that shows lack of conformity. In case of negligence and/or carelessness regarding the use and/or the maintenance of the product from the customer, the warranty cannot be used.

Products can be ordered through www.shop.parmacalcio1913.com only by people who have reached the age of majority. The forms for the product's return and regarding the right of withdrawal must be completed only by people who have reached the age of majority.
9. Products Warranty Sold Through The E-Shop
The Merchant carries out a quality control policy, aimed at verifying that the products sold are safe, non-hazardous and non-defective, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The warranty of sold products' conformity is part of the rules contained in the Legislative Decree n September 6, 2005. 206 (Consumer Code) that guarantee the warranty of consumer goods.
The Merchant will not be responsible for any damage arising from misuse or wear and tear, improper handling and maintenance of the Product. The warranty does not apply in the case of intervention of factors unrelated to the normal use of the Product. The guarantee does not cover the defects already known to the Customer at the time of purchase.
It is up to the customer, who has opted for the return of the nonconforming Product, to return the Product and contact the Merchant via e-mail within 10 days from the date of the complaint of the lack of conformity the mode of delivery and return of the Product. The Merchant, received such notification, will inform the Customer of the mode and place of delivery of the Product.
Once received the product, the Merchant will provide for the related standards controls and quality control, also using the facilities of the manufacturer and, if the lack of conformity is found, he will send to the Client a product's replacement. On the other hand, if the product is not damaged, the Merchant will inform the customer about the costs involved in replacement. Costs related to not damaged but replaced products' transport will be charged to the Customer.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. This means that the contract for the purchase of products on the E-shop and any dispute or action arising out of or connected with this will be subject to Italian law.
All disputes relating to these conditions of Sale will be devolved to the jurisdiction of the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the customer, if located in the territory of the State.
