This document ("Privacy Policy") explains and governs the methods of collection and treatment, by developing countries SERVICE ITALY Srl, a limited liability company incorporated under Italian law with registered office in Italy, P.le Balestrieri 31 / A, 43122 Parma, Italy, capital of € 100,000.00, FISCAL CODE and VAT NUMBER n. 02647480348 (the "Merchant"), of the personal informations you provide through the website shop.parmacalcio1913.com (the "Site").

Personal information is defined as those provided by the user at the  time of registration in the appropriate sections of the site "Register", "Buy Online" and "Newsletter" and any further personal information provided by the user.

User’s personal information  are collected and processed by the holder in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 regarding the processing of personal data (the "Privacy Code"). The holder does not collect or uses personal data concerning under aged people. The user  under the age of eighteen cannot register on the site and provide personal data. The owner assumes no responsibility with regard to any personal data supplied by people under the age of eighteen. If this is necessary in order to provide the requested service though, the transfer of personal data to countries that do not belong to the European Union and which do not ensure an adequate level of protection will be executed only after the conclusion of specific contracts between the Owner and These entities according to law and regulations.

The transmitted data will be treated for the period of time required by these service providers’ performances.



Rights pursuant to article 7 of D.lgs.N.196 of 2003

Users to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise against the owner of the treatment of the rights under Article 7 of the D.lgs.196/2003. In particular, users will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal details which concern them, to know the origin of the data, their content and the purposes and methods of treatment. This Privacy policy may be revised over time to adapt to present changes in the regulations or for  commercial convenience’s reasons. Any substantial change to this guideline will be published. This Privacy statement is governed by Italian law and in particular by the Privacy Code which governs the processing of personal data — even detainees abroad-performed by anyone who is resident or has its seat in Italy.
